[nagdu] Quick start Guide dogs school

Something has come to mind about some of these "guiide dogs school" that seems to pop up every where. Why is it that these come up and don't "live long" or are fakes?

I've found a few school that seems to me that I've never heard of them, Northwest Guiding Eyes, Inc., Ivy Creek guide dogs and K9 Vison. I think that all I found online. What other 'schools' have come up over the years, and how long did they 'live'
