Oh my gosh,
I hope nagdu will step in.
Is there anything either place can do to push the laws for each state, 
so they are all the same across board?
That would be nice.
I have had problems with my dogs in Denver, and a stalker, but never 
here in Montana.
I am pleased your dog is OK.
I know how it causes a emotional problem for us.
I would go to mass and cry.
I am pleased you still wish to use a dog.
