Hi Tamara and all,

Things are changing in mexico the infrastructure needs a whole lot of
work. As people become more educated surely this will improve.

As for animal care, there are some vets who are better than others,
but I don't believe that to be much different the US. The Vet that we
use has all the necessary equipment and supplies to provide our dogs
with excellent care. By the way, Vets are much less expensive here.

Some people here have had problems with their dogs being poisoned or
hit by cars. but I have found that these are people who think that
they don't need to keep their dogs on a leash.
