[nagdu] Self-trained guide dogs

In 30 years of using guide dogs, I think I've shown my guide dog ID maybe
twice. If I didn't have it, I probably wouldn't notice.
Gee, I'd love one of them self-trained guide dogs! <grin> Just pick out a
dog I like, do the magic self-training spell, et voila! Sounds great!
