Hi Cathryn,

Playing tug is a great way of building hind end muscle in your dog.
My retired diva, Queen Lady Bristol is experiencing some muscle
wasting in her back end because she's getting up there. We're trying
to play more tug and as I'm studying to soon become a certified canine
massage therapist, she's giving me lots of practice massaging older
dogs and helping to increase muscle mass and range of motion through
massage.
I have also been with sighted people who park their cars and then lose
them. I am now in charge of remembering where we parked and Laveau is
in charge of taking us there.
Dogs can do so many wonderful things for us and it's always so
interesting to read about the many uses to which their talents can be
put!
Enough rambling for now; I need to go organize my herb room and
concoct things in there.
