Uh, okay, uh, let me see.  The tree jumped out at him, no, trees are
everywhere, you know, everywhere.  Should I sue every tree that rained water
down on me or snow or every branch that I brushed aganst??ShouldI havv sued
the tree I ran into when skiing and had  dii myself out?  Rather,ould I have
sued the ski lodge eople?  

Hmmm.

I am laughing a little here, the tree struck him in the face, what did it
do, that one of the branches and hit the man, I seem to remember trees don't
do that.
