[nagdu] STILL DEFIANT: Disabled vetplanstosueBigYSupermarketover ban (video)

Rebecca,

Some very good points. I was just at Wal-Mart yesterday getting groceries.
I think about half the town was there. Out here in the middle of nowhere
Wal-Mart qualifies as weekend entertainment. Anyway if I stopped to talk to
every kid that noticed my dog, I'd still be there talking.

If people approach me and ask questions, most of the time I will have a
quick conversation with them. but the bottom line is I am at the grocery
store to get groceries, not to be an educational experience.

I'm also not convinced that extended conversations with young children
really provide any more of a learning opportunity than just seeing me do
ordinary things while working my dog.

Julie
