[nagdu] Service Dog Story Leads To Apology, New Training

And this is what happens when people own up to their mistkes...very
nice *grin* I like that the gentleman with the service dog didn't get
huffy or angry. He just backed off and requested an apology. No suing,
just asking. and he got it! You go, man!
