Have you tried Nature's Miracle?  It is enzymatic and deep cleans, but you 
really need to soak the carpet with the stuff and then let it air dry. 
There are a lot of how to instructions for it you can find online.  Another 
step up from that is Urine Off, which is a lot more expensive, but I have 
heard it is even more impressive.

You could also see about renting or purchasing a carpet shampooer.
