I'll be going to the Seeing Eye in a couple of months to get my first dog. I've heard people say you should always carry a cane when your working your dog.

1. What types of canes do you guys carry?

2. How often do you find yourself using a cane?

3. In what kinds of situations do you need to use the cane in?
