Hello Cindy and everyone,

I believe it's called censorship. If I choose to contact someone I want no 
third parties involved. In addition to removing contact information there's 
the possibility that the school or other entity will sensor our 
correspondence only allowing what information it chooses to be passed 
between myself and the puppy raiser. Again we weren't around when this 
policy was put in place to sound the alarm and warn SE of the possible legal 
ramifications of such a policy; ramification that could still come back to 
them should this policy continue to remain in place.

Even if you write to your raiser, you are still private. TSE sendsout the
letters and leaves the names off.
