[nagdu] Expected DOJRuling in Next Few Weeks

Steve,

Good question! I saved the document to read later today or tomorrow, but
the news about miniature horses is distressing.

After Rox's comments about "smelly" dogs, I'm not sure I want to know!
Subjective, much? Who gets to define "smelly"? My sister's lab used to go
swim in the slough when it was all summer stagnant. That dog would come in
smelly without a doubt. /grin/ But a couple of months ago, I brought my
freshly washed and trimmed dog home from the groomer bearing what I thought
was a pleasant essence of chai latte from her conditioner... DD and the
friend of his who stayed with us over the holidays took great delight in
complaining loudly and for days to come about my smelly dog!

I'm with Rox. At least without having read and studied the text yet. Who
decides whose do is smelly?

And what are people with working miniature horse guides or service animals
supposed to do if they want to go somewhere they've always gone with their
mini horses?

Okay, I'll read on to find out how the question has already been answered.
/smile/

Thank you for posting this Marion.

As we await, is there anything that we can do to influence the final
decision making process to advocate for inclusion of our horse guide peers?

Thanks,
Steve
