You tell the dog that they do nothing until you give the commands.
And I mean nothing, tell the dog to stay.
Say it in a very quiet voice so you are in command.
The dogs head must be near you.
Not the other person.
You trained with your dog no one else did.
Now are you walking or in a wheelchair?
You are trying to put the dog in the car correct/
I am sure you were trained how to do this.
