Finally, great news!!  I know this means waiting a couple more weeks, but
now you have a concrete date to look forward to.  Now let's see if you're up
to the challenge of a big strong puller.  Better start exercising!  I am
certainly looking forward to meeting that big old Sarge.

Dear All,
    I received a telephone call from Mike Gallagher who does the home
placements for GDF in Florida yesterday. Mike advised me that I will be
receiving my new pup, Sarge, on Friday, march 12 and will begin training on
Monday, March 15. Sarge is a black & tan German Shepherd with gold eyes,
weighing in at about 95 lbs.!After not working a guide dog for about a year,
I am very excited about this news! More to follow!
