[nagdu] New NAGDU Domain Name

Dar,

The list will be just the same.  You don't need to do anything differently. 
Keep sending messages like you always have.

The change is the web site that is associated with NAGDU.  It's where you 
can go to read information about what NAGDU does, laws in various states or 
past issues of Harness Up.  Generally any updates or additions are announced 
on the list, so you'll definitely know about them.
