Hey Steve,

Would you elaborate on some of those places where we may not be able to
bring our guide? I live in new york and a heads up on that would save me
aggravation if I were pre advised. I know mosques are one place of worship
that due to religious observances or so I understand are places where we
cannot travel as a team.

Jennifer,

Per Buddy's response, this is sound personal advice as it is very
individualized. However, from the legal end, there are very few places that
can deny one access to places of public accommodation and these could
include religious organizations, sovereign nations and places offering
exclusive membership. However, even within these, they may grant
exceptions. Per Julie's response when having someone else tell you when you
can and cannot take your guide, this is where the learning curve begins and
ends. Knowing your rights and responsibilities is so essential to becoming
an effective and influential team where you live and travel, and asserting
these at times only demonstrates your knowledge and understanding of what
brought you to where you are at this point in time as a team. Then, who
will be the judge of this?
