The thing is that I know the alternatives for cooking chicken, I just
have
little confidence in myself using them. I suppose I just need to suck
it up
and practice.
When I first learned to use a cane, I experienced the same thing. I
remember knowing how to cross the street, but standing at the corner
for
what seemed like forever trying to get up the nerve to do it on my
own. BTW
I cooked chicken at that same training center, but apparently
salmonella is
a larger fear for me than road pizza! LOL
