[nagdu] Carolina Eye Partners With Mira Foundation

Why haven't we heard of who? Mira or the Carolina Eye thingy? Mira has been around a while, but I didn't know they were expanded into the US; Mira is a guide dog school in Quebec. (They teach their guide dogs French.)
