Nicole,

It also makes a difference what kind of bone one gives their dog as chicken
bones and pork are the type that splinter and can cause major problems.

Are the bones cooked or raw?  I have heard stories about dogs becoming sick,
and even dying, from eating bones, but I am interested in knowing the safe
way of giving them bones.
