[nagdu] Seeing Eye annual report

I just finished reading TSE's annual report.  Others may find it
interesting, so I thought I'd mention it.  It's available at
www.seeingeye.org/aboutus.

It talked about efforts to decrease the drop-out rate.  It talked about
advocacy, with quotes from Marion, among others.  It talked about
pedestrian safety, and about jobs career-change dogs do. Of course, it's
very school-centric, but one expects that from an annual report.  After
all, it's an organization's chance to brag.
