[nagdu] harnesses

Actually, I just finished a pretty large order for a guide dog program in 
Hawaii, and I also made a harness for another guide dog school to try out. 
I don't understand why a program would have an issue with people using what 
ever works best for them and their dogs.  After all, who would know better 
than the handler what works and what doesn't.  JMHO
