[nagdu] harnesses

    Many moons ago, the Seeing Eye used to have handles which clipped onto 
the harness but switched to a nut arrangement.  I'll bet I could remove the 
entire harness with one hand quicker than fiddling with a couple of handle 
release clips, then even the harness body causes no restrictions.
