Hi Jordan, 

Sorry I am so late in responding to your introduction. I was away at my
state convention this weekend. I am Marsha. Working my second guide from
Seeing Eye, Emma. Emma is a GSD, who will be 5 years old in Jan, so we have
been working for 3 years together. I am a full time student at the local
community college, but will be transferring to Temple University in the
Fall. I am originally from Texas, but now live in PA with my husband. 

At our convention this weekend we formed a guide dog committee, and have a
few things to work on. Emma and I ride Amtrak a bit and have never had any
trouble. Sorry to hear you have. 

I am also one of the 3 moderators of this list, so if you need anything
please let me know!

Hello,

I am just now getting around to joinging this list.  I live in Louisiana and
have been a guide dog user for over 4 years.  One question, what do you did
if a Greyhound driver refuses to let you on the bus or insists that you go
to the back of the bus?  The latter I promptly took care of by sitting down
and not moving and then getting a hold of Greyhound once I got to where I
was going.  I had an issue the last time I road Amtrak where I was denied
access to the dining car.  What do I do in that situation, and I sent a
lengthy e-mail to them, but no response as of yet.
