[nagdu] Freedom for guide dogs

How quick was the transition to in door freedom? Maybe a little at a time 
and under supervision might be a good idea. He needs to learn what is 
allowed and what is not. The key to that is catching them in the act, but 
that can sometimes be hard. Can you give us some examples of trouble?
