Lora,

It sounds like you want to teach a reliable recall and to only eat 
appropriate foods.  Both are achievable, although a really, really reliable 
recall will take a lot of time and patience.

Her training levels include all sorts of behaviors.  I'd start at level 1 
with the behaviors you want to work on.  It will probably be review at 
first.  What you probably learned as the "leave it" command is what she 
calls Zen.  Same concept, just a different name.
