Pasel, do not misunderstand  this when I say this. but what a cool reason to
be bumped on a flight. Attention southwest customers, we are sorry to
announce that we are not able to board mr. Rizzi because we have reached our
quota on service animals for this flight. Please proceed  to the ticket
counter for your complimentary dinner voucher and a ticket for our next
scheduled flight leaving in 23 hours.

When I fly I have to fly out of Erie on very small planes.  I always 
let them know that I am flying with my guide because, for example USA 
AIR,  limits the number of service dogs in their smaller planes.  And 
there are times that I have bumped "un announced" service dog of the 
small plane.
