Albert,

I did not misunderstand your comment, I enjoyed it but the guide dogs 
users that got bumped did not have your insight probably because we 
all had to be in the same meeting with our dogs. Missing that flight 
would mean they missed the meeting. Now they buss to the meeting 
while I fly.  I try to get every free tickets and dinners by saying 
bump, me bump but with little success.
