[nagdu] Obtaining a urine sample

Hello all.  This is an odd question, but I wondered if someone might have any suggestions. I'm totally blind and need to obtain a urine sample from my vet. Can someone give me a suggestion as to how to do this? Usually I'd ahve a sighted person do it for me, but I'm tired of relying on the sighted for help with something as simple as getting a urine sample.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
