Marsha,
This is a very interesting question! My brother-in-law is a retired
Captain in the corrections field, so I will ask him how such a thing was
handled by his agency. I would think that you would be legally allowed to go
where other visitors are allowed with your guide dog. Perhaps someone can
give an authoritative answer to this through a little research to see if
this question has already been decided by a court or by some binding
arbitration!
