These programs of training dogs in prison is a great idea and a big help to 
the immates.

Several years ago, there was a show on Animal Planet called "Cell Dogs" 
where they featured a different prison and program each week.  It was 
amazing what effect the dogs had on the inmates and wish there were more 
programs of this kind.  One of the episodes featured a prison in Florida 
about the puppy raising behind bars for Southeastern Guide Dogs program.
