[nagdu] places a guide dog can't go

Hello all!

I'm trying to come up with a list of places that are not covered under the ADA in regard to public access.  I'm really struggling to come up with very much.

So far I'm thinking:
*places of religious worship, when there are no other programs open to the public or state or federal funds involved
*private homes
*sterile health care environments, like operating rooms
*zoos when there is direct contact with animals

Are these correct?  Are there any others that anyone can think of?
