[nagdu] places a guide dog can't go

I knew a guy who occasionally had to work in a "clean room" in a factory.
Whatever was being made was very sensitive to dust and such. He had to
wear a special suit, and he couldn't have his dog with him.
That's not really a public access thing, though.
