Subject: A new project from Guide Dogs of the Desert

Hello:

I want to let you know about a project that Guide Dogs of the Desert is
doing. If possible, please let people know about it. Thank you in
advance. Here is the announcement.

Guide Dogs Of the Desert is conducting a study regarding blind parents and
their small children. In the future, we would like to conduct training
classes of blind parents with small children and the use of a guide dog.
If you have been, or are currently a parent who is blind, please answer the
following questions.

Please be assured that your name and all answers will be kept confidential.

Thank you for your participation in this study.

Here are the questions.

What was the most challenging aspect of being a blind parent?

Did you want, or need support from an independent life skills agency? If so,
did you get it?

Did you use a cane, or guide dog for mobility purposes when you had small
children, or now having them?

Regards,
