[nagdu] How do any of you deal with small children wanting totouch your guide dog

Cindy,

You may have read my take on kids petting my dog. I absolutely agree that 
the ADULT is the one with the problem if they can't deal with hearing, "no."

Today while riding the bus, a woman tried to cop a pet of my guide dog. I 
moved her hand away. She got bent. I ignored her. A woman sitting near me 
asked why I didn't want the other person to pet my dog. I knew the offended 
woman would hear some or all of my response. My response settled well with 
the inquisitive woman. I appreciate her final remark as she was exiting the 
bus. She said, "That makes sense." I hope the woman who was bent heard the 
conversation.
