OH, yeah.  If they ask DD instead of me, I just say no by default.  I also
think bad thoughts about them in my head and don't work up a nice smile
while I'm saying it.  Interestingly, whether she's picking up on something
about them or picking up my feelings, Mitzi is simultaneously making it
pretty clear that she's not interested in getting to know them, either.  So
there!  /grin/

Don't feel bad.  If the parent is such a mental midget, well that's their 
problem. Just walk away.

I've been with a sighted friend and people have asker HER if they could pet 
my dog. She tells them to ask me! I'll say "no" because they didn't bother 
to be respectful of me ans directly ask ME. Oh wwell...

Hi everyone,
The other day this lady got mad at me for not letting her 4 year old touch 
my guide dog.  I kind of felt bad afterwards, do you think It was rong for 
me to tell her no?  I tried to be as polite as Possible.  Do any of you have

any tips on what I should next time that happens again.
