Excellent Lisa. Truly excellent. This should be printed and saved for all of us.

Rebecca,
I'm working with my third guide dog. While at school last fall, I mentioned
a hand full of times that my dog's stool was quite loose. Eventually, the
veterinary staff put him on prescription food. It had little positive
effect. I took matters into my hands and have put my dog on a primo dog
food. He appears to have no signs of food allergies. I think, to a very
minor extent, I'm still trying to make things better for my previous guide
dog. Moreover, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's not
likely a turkey. I am convinced that Bernie does have mild food allergies.
He's a happy camper, has a glossy coat and doesn't smell fishy after eating
his salmon and barley and veggies dog food. My advice, make choices that
are in the best interest of the dog. Don't make the choices based on
feelings or emotions. Make them based on facts and observations.
Lisa and Bernie
