I too thaught this list was for dog users as well.  My concern is not that Rebecca is on here because maybe she wants to know what makes us dog users tick but we assume that her comments were coming from someone who had or wanted experience with dogs and the issues connected with using them!  I hope she's not one of thos cat people!  
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
