Hi, Jen,
I have comr across a nylon leash similar to the ones the guide dog schools 
use at Petco which was $9.00 probably two years ago or so.
It had to leash claps on the end and adjusted as well.
It was nylon too.
Only thing I didn't like was it didn't have any D rings to keep it adjusted 
in one area.
Still, it looked nice though.
