    The Eye Dog Foundation was once located in California. However, one 
advantage of California's Board of Guide Dog Schools is their very strict 
requirements that caused the Eye Dog Foundation to relocate to Arizona. EDF 
seems to play on public misconception and pity for the blind in raising 
funds. We are doing all we can legally do to shut them down but are not 
getting much cooperation from the Arizona Attorney General's office nor the 
AG's office in California where they are incorporated. Our best approach 
right now is public awareness to help cut off their funding.
