[nagdu] Newsline in NY State

Yes ACB still opposes Newsline, at least here in NY.

I don't know how the other states feel about it.

But it was passed in both houses, and just waiting for Governor Cuomo to 
sign it.

I agree with you Marion, we have the service, it is free to all blind 
people, even non-members of both organizations.

I am sure if ACB or other organizations come up with a service, it would be 
opened to all as well.
