[nagdu] things that go bump in the night

OK, but that is what they are doing. They are not following proper driver etiquette or safety rules. They are not out to get a blind guy. I just think that when we start down that path, we can become too paranoid. There are plenty of other instances where people really don't care if we have our needs met and where they truly think we are incapable and on and on. I certainly am not saying stuff like that doesn't happen; I'm just saying that that is a rather iffy path to take saying they are out to get a blind guy.
