[nagdu] things that go bump in the night

If a driver is zooming towards a blind person in the crosswalk, the driver
is breaking the law.  The blind person has the right of way.  Not that
that matters to you, if you get hit by some jackass.  I was sure surprised
when I read New Jersey's white cane law and saw that drivers are supposed
to yield to me and not enter the crosswalk when I'm in it.  It was news to
me.
