It's just the joy of the season... /lol/ I guess if we go around 
randomly singing at each other, the dogs might as well, too. Mitzi has 
been quite happily barking at Christmas visitors up and down the 
block... Silly poodle! She's not usually a bark monster, but when she 
decides to go for it, she does know how it's done.

The puppy is a rummy now; also she discovered the unpleasant 
aftereffects of ingesting wrapping paper and tissue. Ugh! She's a quick 
little nipper, I'll give her that. Also, somewhere behind that cute 
little puppy face is a huge gaping maw. Some of the things I've pulled 
out of her mouth lately! It's like a magician's act. How does she do it. 
A talent she has that Mitzi does not is that of hiding things in her 
cheeks and under her tongue. This results in our not forgetting to pay 
attention to the puppy. /lol/

Mitzi has taught her very nice manners for both our everyday dinette 
table and the formal dining table where we had Christmas dinner on fine 
China and white linen. Naturally things got spilled, and I was glad it 
wasn't by me. Both dogs were very well-behaved, perfect ladies. What 
Mitzi is teaching the puppy to get up to the rest of the time, we just 
won't talk about. /lol/

What fun is a holiday without dogs?
