Hello Tracy and everyone,

Totally agreed! As for the abbreviations thing a list could be sent with the 
records or posted to the school's Web site. And let's not forget about the 
school furnishing such information in media accessible to the blind. This is 
another one for a guide dog handler's bill of rights.
