Lyn,
    To be completely accurate, the ADA does not apply to housing; this is 
covered by the Fair Housing Act (FHA). There are also other restrictions to 
what housing is covered, such as whether or not the owner occupies the 
dwelling and how many units are available for rent. I will see if I can find 
this information and post it to the list. If anyone else finds it before me, 
please post it here. We also need to have it up on our website.
