Jordan,

I really would like to change your perceptions of TSE but I recognize
that I can't. I have never heard of anyone that hasn't abused their
dog getting that dog taken away from TSE. Similarly, everyone that I
know who have gotten follow-up services from TSE has had excelent and
very prompt service provided. When my Abbie was sick last year not
only did they want to help by getting on the phone and offering to
send a rep out to see me, but they were also in constant contact with
my vet making sure that she was receiving the best treatment possible
at the best possible price. I am interested to hear your story and
probably should do this off list so as not to clog up the list. If you
wish to share why all of a sudden they took your dog away from you,
please contac me. Also, please tell me why is it that you feel you
didn't get good follow-up services, whether you requested those
follow-up services, or whether you expected them just to come knocking
on your door. It is possible that something bad happened in your case,
that Seeing eye messed up when dealing with you is not out of the
question, but it is something I have never heard before and I
seriously doubt.

Thanks
Nimer J
