No not yoet, but I asked what would happen if I chose not to comply and it
was stated that may be I wouldn't be working. I took that as a not so suttle
threat.

Have they come to the point saying you no longer can work for them?
Stand your ground, and make sure you do obedience daily.
Even more than once so your dogs know who the boss is.
They will grow up.
