[nagdu] press release on NAGDU advocacy hotline

Liz,
    I will send it to you again after I edit it. We have purchased a new 
number that is easier to remember, so I want to edit the release. Also, we 
are doing an overhaul of the service to make it more user friendly and using 
a real human, rather than a synthesized voice. We are planning a re-release 
on June 1.
