[nagdu] press release on NAGDU advocacy hotline

Hi Marion,

Thanks so much for the update on the press release.
Once you have the new version, I want to post it to the Google group I 
created for those in Texas who have guide dogs or who are interested in 
learning more.
We have a small group of guide dog users, and my hope is that we can 
eventually form a state division.
