[nagdu] access issue resolved!

Sounds good Julie in that showing her anything seemed to calm her down. I wonder what happens though if you get someone who just will not accept the data you are providing? Nobody has ever given an answer to that. And no, I'm not implying it's your job to do that, just that I've never seen the loop close when you get a "No dog, here's the law, no dog" sequence going.

Rebecca,

I think I could have shown the woman my library card and she would have been 
satisfied.  By the time we got to the part where I fished out an information 
card and gave it to her, she needed some way to save face.  I honestly do 
not believe it had anything to do with what was on the card, it was simply a 
way for her to back down gracefully.

Not sayin' that this is the case in all similar situations or that giving 
her the information card was the right thing to do, it's just what I felt 
was right in this situation.
